The Westbury Twin bed set is made from pine and has a low foot end. The Westbury bed frame sits slightly higher from the ground due to the stopover under-bed trundle that comes with the bed frame. The Stopover Under-bed may be stored under the bed and then pulled out and extended to match the height of the bed. Excellent space saver!
